In this private wine course, you will taste 4 to 6 white and red Burgundy wines and learn how to compare them using a clear, structured method. Morning classes may include an optional visit to local winemakers in Meursault, giving you a practical look at Burgundy winemaking.
This sensorial‑based tasting will develop your tasting skills and identify key differences in terroir, style, and winemaking across Burgundy wines.
