Personal information collected on this website is for the use of course registration and will not be shared with third parties.

 

Classes and seminars at the Chateau de Citeaux are booked directly with Le Chäteau Wine Club. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings through the website. All classes and seminars are operated and handled by Le Chäteau Wine Club  (the ‘ ‘Provider’) and all cancellations, changes, complaints, and so on, should be addressed directly to the Le Chäteau Wine Club. All Provider contact details are provided along with confirmation after the booking. From this point on in this text, “we” stands for the Provider.

 

Dates and times are subject to change or cancellations, due to unforeseen circumstances and at the discretion of the Provider.

 

Participants are obliged to stay with the Provider at all times during classtime and visits. Absence from the class or visits can result in being left behind and in cases where the Provider is unable to find the participants, the participants will not be permitted to continue with the classes or visits.

 

The Provider will generally walk with the participants to visit winemakers or to other venues. Comfortable shoes should be worn.

 

Participants are obliged to be at least 18 years of age. No exceptions may be made.

 

Fees do not include meals, food and beverages unless otherwise specified in the programs.

There are mobility challenges for those in wheelchairs or reduced mobility., as wine cellars are not equipped to accommodate. Le Chäteau Wine Club will make every effort to propose Reasonable Adjustments,  if participants provide the information when registering.​

 

All classes, seminars and visits shall be conducted in English. French and other languages by request.

 

The Provider is not liable for the participant’s personal belongings and recommends that valuable possessions are left at home. Participants are covered by insurance by the Provider. The Provider or this website are not responsible for injury, loss or damage due to force majeure. Each participant needs to be covered by personal health and damage insurance coverage.

 

The Provider may at their own discretion require a participant to withdraw from any class, seminar or visit, if their behaviour is deemed to be offensive or to cause annoyance to other participants, or if the person is not able to keep pace with the group. The Provider will not be liable for that participant.

 

The Provider reserves the right to use alternate locations or make other significant changes to the itinerary, including cancellation, due to force majeure, weather conditions or other considerations. In these cases, there will be no entitlement to compensation.

 

Le Chäteau Wine Club cannot guarantee the provision of services by third party providers, such as the lodging at the Chateau de Citeaux, or alternative lodging. Participants are responsible for their own lodging.

 

During the visits, drivers will not wait more than 15 minutes for late passengers.

 

During the classes, seminars or visits, drivers or other members of the Le Chäteau Wine Club  team might take pictures for marketing purposes. If participants do not agree with this, please inform a member of our team at that time and not after the photo has already been published.

Le Chäteau Wine Club accompagnera généralement les participants afin de rendre visite aux viticulteurs, les marchés et autres lieux.

 

Les participants doivent avoir au moins 18 ans, sauf exception. 

 

Les frais ne comprennent pas les repas, la nourriture et les boissons, sauf indication contraire dans les programmes.

 

Il y a des problèmes de mobilité pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant ou à mobilité réduite, car les caves à vin ne sont pas équipées pour les accueillir. Le Chäteau Wine Club s'efforcera de proposer des ajustements raisonnables, si les participants fournissent les informations lors de leur inscription.

 

Tous les cours, séminaires et visites se dérouleront en anglais. Français et autres langues sur demande.

 

Le fournisseur n’est pas responsable des effets personnels du participant et recommande que les biens de valeur soient laissés à la maison. Les participants sont couverts par une assurance par Le Chäteau Wine Club. Le Chäteau Wine Club ou ce site ne sont pas responsables des blessures, des pertes ou des dommages dus à un cas de force majeure. Chaque participant doit être couvert par une couverture d’assurance maladie et dommages personnelle.

 

Le Chäteau Wine Club peut, à sa discrétion, demander à un participant de se retirer d'un cours, d'un séminaire ou d'une visite si son comportement est jugé offensive ou nuisible pour les autres participants ou si la personne n'est pas en mesure de suivre le groupe. . Le Chäteau Wine Club ne sera pas responsable de ce participant.

 

Le Chäteau Wine Club se réserve le droit d'utiliser d'autres lieux ou d'apporter d'autres modifications importantes à l'itinéraire, y compris l'annulation, en cas de force majeure, de conditions météorologiques ou d'autres considérations. Dans ces cas, il n'y aura pas de droit à indemnisation.

 

Le Chäteau Wine Club ne peut garantir par des prestataires tiers, tels que l'hébergement au Château de Citeaux ou l'hébergement alternatif. Les participants sont responsables de leur propre logement.

 

Lors des visites, les conducteurs n'attendront pas plus de 15 minutes pour les passagers en retard. Pendant les cours, les séminaires ou les visites, les conducteurs ou les autres membres de l'équipe du Chäteau Wine Club pourraient prendre des photos à des fins de marketing. Si les participants ne sont pas d'accord avec cela, veuillez en informer un membre de notre équipe et pas après la publication de la photo.
